Hello,
My name is Ethelinda Lashley-Scott, and I am the new CEO of the Multi-Cultural Family Base.
I am thrilled to be here and excited about many of the things we’ll be working on in the near future. I am also very honoured to lead this fantastic organisation whose legacy of helping people from multicultural backgrounds has been sure and steadfast. This has been made possible by the many funders who have supported our initiative and projects over the years.
There is a great team here at MCFB, and I am excited to continue supporting the existing portfolio whilst developing new initiatives to drive the organisation's sustainability in order to future-proof the work for long-term preservation. Plans to grow the team and provide people with the resources they need to continue to deliver the highest quality services to you are at the forefront of our ambitions.
