As an agency most of the workers have a wealth of experience in cross-cultural work; anti-racist practice; group work with children and therapeutic work. Many of the workers are also practice teachers and have considerable experience in supporting people in their learning, whether on a one-to-one basis or in group settings. A couple of the workers have also completed post-qualifying training in theraputic work. We are able to provide training or consultancy to individuals and groups on the above issues.
