Support during COVID-19

staff in front of building

Dear Families,
Following the latest guidelines from NHS and the Scottish Government on COVID-19, we have decided to temporarily close our office on 50 Coburg Street. Our staff team is working from home where possible, however, and if you  contact us on 0131 467 7052 during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5pm), your call will be diverted to a duty worker. Please leave a message if you are unable to speak to us immediately as we will be checking for messages at least once a day. Please also follow us on social media for the latest news. Facebook - @mcultural1; Twitter @mcfb1; Instagram @mcfb98.

We understand that you may be feeling worried and isolated and we are still here to support you so please do stay in touch. We are also looking into ways to stay connected with you using a variety of digital tools so that our groups can continue to meet in the virtual world rather than in person and we will be in touch with you about this soon.

If you are in need of medical support, please call the NHS support line on 111.

If you or someone you know is in need of urgent support, you can call Social Care Direct for advice. You may need help due to illness, frailty, disability or concerns about safety of an adult or child at risk of harm. You can phone
0131 200 2324

Please look after yourself and your loved ones. We are proud to be part of a large multicultural family which stretches across Edinburgh and you are not alone during these difficult times.

Best wishes,

Everyone at MCFB
