CEO job share announcement

Eleanor McKnight, CEO

We are delighted to announce that Eleanor McKnight has been appointed as co-CEO together with Anne Spiers.

Wendy Paterson, Chair of the Board of Directors said:

“Anne has led the organisation as the only senior manager during the past two years and we are immensely grateful to her for sustaining MCFB through the most difficult of times. Eleanor will now join Anne in a joint CEO role. Eleanor brings to MCFB very considerable leadership experience with a particular focus on anti-racist work. We look forward very much to working with her and to the in-puts she will make. Having cause to look afresh at our policies and practices will help us all, regardless of role, to renew our focus on who we are, what we do and how we do it. Eleanor’s appointment gives us opportunity to build on all that has been achieved already, and to help us move forward to ensure our anti-racist and inclusive stance continues to be embedded in the organisation confidently and in a way which makes it visible to all, be they service users, other organisations, funders and those interested in knowing more about what MCFB does.”
