“Pathways to Success” will serve ethnic minorities, individuals experiencing poverty, parents (particularly single parents), and young people with multiple barriers to employment in Edinburgh. Clients will be recruited through the Multi-Cultural Family Base’s (MCFB) existing community networks, local outreach events, and referrals from partner organisations, such as schools, healthcare providers, and the “Joined Up for Jobs” network. Additional recruitment channels will include digital marketing, social media campaigns, and community hubs, ensuring wide reach and accessibility.
